We proudly deliver our products across the UK, ensuring every member of our pack can enjoy delicious meals and treats—conveniently shipped straight to their doorstep!

We use DHL next-day delivery service. All frozen items are carefully packed with thermal insulation to maintain freshness.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are dispatched during our business hours: Monday to Friday.
Orders placed between Saturday and Monday will be shipped on Monday-Tuesday.

Estimated Delivery Times Based on Order Date:

  • Monday – Estimated delivery: Tuesday

  • Tuesday (before 12 PM) – Estimated delivery: Wednesday

  • Wednesday (before 12 PM) – Estimated delivery: Thursday

  • Thursday (before 12 PM) – Estimated delivery: Friday

  • Friday  – Estimated delivery: Monday

  • Saturday/Sunday – Estimated delivery: Monday

Please Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Orders placed after 12 PM may still qualify for next-day delivery, depending on courier collection times.

Shipping Cost:- Prices are subject to parcel weight up to 30kg £4.99 per parcel and your shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take note of the following:

  1. Multiple Parcels: If your order includes more than one parcel, DHL may be delivered separately by different drivers on the same day.

  2. No Signature Required: DHL drivers are not required to knock and will always leave your parcel, even if no one is home.

  3. Delivery Window: While we aim for next-day delivery, parcels can take up to 48 hours to arrive, especially during busy periods.

  4. Tracking Your Order:

    • Download the DHL App and register an account to track your parcel in real time.

    • You can also track your order via the DHL website. 

    • DHL will provide a text or email with your delivery information.

Please Note: During peak times, such as holidays or promotional periods, deliveries may take longer. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery schedule selected at checkout, this is a target delivery date, not a guarantee. Once your parcel leaves our facility, DHL takes full responsibility for its delivery and reserves the right to deliver within 48 hours when necessary.
