Refund policy

Items may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date in which the customer will be liable for the shipping costs. Returns cannot be made after 14 days have passed. We advise using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost items or any items until we receive them.

If you wish to return an item and get a refund, it must be in the condition you received it. The item must be in the original unopened packaging, unused, unwashed and with any tags (if applicable to the product) still attached.

Once the item has been inspected, we will refund the full amount to the card that was used during payment. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions stated above are not met. The item may then be sent back to you, at your own cost.

Please note that raw food items can not be refunded due to the nature of the product.

Any refunds will not include the original postage cost. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
